KARMA is a strategic role-playing game (SRPG) focused on tactical battles and NFT rewards, Play-to-Earn, immersing players in the story of the Three Kingdoms.


KARMA is a blockchain-based Play-to-Earn video game, offering players an immersive experience with collectible NFT rewards. MeetLabs supported the development team with strategy, branding, strategic presentations, and web design for its showcase at WebX Japan, positioning KARMA as an innovative proposal in the Game-Fi ecosystem.
The KARMA team faced the challenge of presenting its blockchain video game at WebX Japan. Despite having a solid concept, they lacked a structured visual narrative and strategic materials to communicate its potential within the Web3 ecosystem. Strategic Consulting

Strategic Presentations and Business Strategy
Objective: Develop high-impact visual materials to explain the project to both technical and business audiences.
Two key pieces were created: a Sales Deck for live presentations and a technical and visual Whitepaper for the website, facilitating the attraction of investors and interested parties.

UI/UX Design for the Website

Objective: Build a responsive website that centralizes project information and serves as a point of contact for partners, the press, and the crypto community.

2. Branding: KARMA’s branding combines an epic aesthetic inspired by the era of the Chinese Three Kingdoms with a modern proposition for the GameFi ecosystem. The visual identity uses a vibrant color palette with shades of red, blue, bronze, and Mindaro green, conveying energy, strategy, and reward. The typography blends the clarity of Noto Sans for body text with the strength of Russo One for headings, creating a distinctive and dynamic style.
3. Website Development: A responsive website was built integrating the branding, whitepaper, and presentation deck. It functions as the main channel for visibility, positioning, and engagement with communities and investors.








KARMA positioned itself as a standout project in Game-Fi during WebX Japan, gaining strategic visibility through its Sales Deck and Whitepaper, and attracting investors and Web3 communities.
