Project Overview

Revoa identified an opportunity to transform enterprise sales operations through automation, intelligence, and speed. MeetLabs supported the project end-to-end: strategic consulting, branding, UX/UI design, and full-stack development for a web and mobile platform, creating a scalable SaaS ecosystem powered by AI-driven sales forecasting and revenue optimization.

The Challenge

Revoa needed to redefine sales intelligence in fragmented enterprise ecosystems. Existing CRM tools lacked predictive capabilities and real-time insight, leading to slow decisions and pipeline inefficiencies. The company required a strong brand identity, a unified UX across web and mobile, and an AI-driven engine capable of converting complex sales data into actionable recommendations and faster deal cycles.

Strategic Consulting

Objective: Define a multi-tenant sales acceleration product for enterprise teams.
We mapped Sales Development, Account Executive, Sales Manager, and Revenue Operations workflows, defined core loops for forecasting and pipeline control, scoped MVP modules, and set a roadmap to reduce operational noise and speed revenue execution.

Market Research and Business Strategy

Objective: Validate demand and differentiation against CRM and sales tools.

Brand Identity & Visual Strategy

Objective: Build an enterprise-ready SaaS identity for AI sales intelligence.
We created a geometric brand system with disciplined typography and a clarity-first palette, ensuring consistency across product UI, decks, and marketing so Revoa feels credible from first touch to daily use.

UI/UX Design

Objective: Design role-based experiences that turn signals into actions.
We designed dashboards and flows for each role, surfacing forecast changes, risks, and next steps with clear hierarchy, so teams can prioritize quickly and collaborate without jumping across tools.

AI-Powered Automation and Prototyping

Objective: Prototype AI behaviors for forecasting, risk detection, and action prompts.
We tested recommendation logic, “Daily AI Actions” prioritization, and risk mitigation flows, validating how AI reduces manual analysis and helps teams move deals forward faster.

Development of Web App and Mobile App

Objective: Build a scalable web platform and mobile execution layer.

Role-based navigation helps SDRs, AEs, managers, and RevOps act on the right signals fast. It turns dense revenue data into clear priorities, improving collaboration and execution across enterprise teams.

4. Mobile App

Revoa’s mobile app is built for on-the-go decisions: executive dashboards, deal-risk alerts, and a “Daily AI Actions” stream that prioritizes next steps. Teams can monitor forecast changes, assign actions, and unblock deals in minutes. With high-legibility metrics and guided workflows, it keeps revenue operations moving away from the desk.
